Born in 1972 in Chiayi, Chen Po-I was trained in the Ocean Engineering and got his master degree at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.

After a trip to New York in the late 70s where he discovered the post-modern dance world, Jean-Claude Gallotta founded in Grenoble - with Mathilde Altaraz – the Émile Dubois Group which became the National Choreographic Centre in 1984. Based since the beginning at the Maison de la culture (House of culture), he created more than sixty choreographies presented on all continents. He also choreographed several pieces for the Lyon Opera Ballet and for the Paris Opera Ballet. Invited by the director Tadashi Suzuki in Shizuoka (Japan), he has created and worked with a Japanese company from 1997 to 2000. Early 2013, the recreation of Yvan Vaffan (a 1984 play) allowed him to continue his work on the repertoire, alternating with his creations, and pleading for some " art continuity " and looking patiently to share with the public the same story, the one of a common history and artistic future. In October 2013, he co-wrote The Soldier's Tale by Stravinsky and the Sorcerer Love by Manuel de Falla with two other artists from MC2: Grenoble, the conductor Marc Murkowski, the director of Musiciens du Louvre and the director Jacques Osinski, Director of the national Dramatic Center of the Alps.

Photographer since 12 years old. I did a lot of exhibition in France, the U.S. and Cambodia where I am living since 1995. I have a photo gallery in California, I run the first photo agency in Cambodia from 1995 to 1999 and I organize photos trekking in Nepal since 2012.

Née en 1985, Belle a commencé sa formation en danse classique cambodgienne en 1994 et a obtenu son diplôme en 2003 de l'École Nationale Supérieure des Arts du spectacle. Belle s’est spécialisée dans le « Neang » (rôle féminin) qu’elle a étudié pendant 9 ans, mais elle maitrise également le « Narong » (rôle masculin), la danse folklorique cambodgienne, la danse contemporaine, le théâtre d’ombres cambodgien. En 2007, elle a obtenu sa dernière année en art chorégraphique l’Université Royale des Beaux-arts de Phnom Penh.
